1. Purchase & Fulfillment Policy

Once a purchase is completed on the website, subscription requests and certificate issuance are processed and activated within 5 to 7 business days of the order being confirmed and payment being completed (or the first installment being paid, for installment plans).

  • Business days run from Sunday to Thursday, excluding official holidays in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  • You will receive notifications by email or phone when activation starts and when it is complete.
  • Activation may require you to provide correct and complete information; any delay on the customer's side in doing so is not counted within the fulfillment period.

🏅 Reward Points

  • No points are awarded except to customers who have placed a purchase order themselves from their own account on our website (therezon.jo), with the exception of points for sharing your feedback. Purchase points count only for purchases you order from your account on the website; a purchase recorded any other way, or one ordered for you by someone else as a gift, earns no points.
  • Referral points: up to 15 referrals a month are counted, and your account shows who signed up through your link and whether they activated their account.
  • Placing an order alone does not earn points; points are added once the purchase is completed, and the number of points is stated in the purchase confirmation email itself.
  • Points for a given product are counted once and are not repeated for the same product while the first purchase is still in place.
  • The value of your points is a discount on your next purchase only and cannot be paid out in cash.
  • If a purchase is cancelled or refunded, the points awarded on it are cancelled.
Prices are shown in Jordanian dinars and include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Refund Policy

We are committed to protecting your rights as a consumer in line with Jordanian Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2017. You are entitled to request a full refund of the amount paid in the following case:

If your subscription is not activated or your certificate is not issued within 5 business days of your order being confirmed, you are entitled to a full refund without bearing any cost or additional fees.

How do I request a refund?

Send your refund request to [email protected] from the same email address you used when placing the order, so we can verify your identity and process your request as quickly as possible.

  • Include your order or invoice number and the name of the certificate/subscription in your message.
  • Requests sent from an email address different from the one used for the order may be delayed until ownership is verified.

How is the refund made?

  • The full amount is returned using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable period, usually no more than 7 to 14 business days.
  • We do not deduct any administrative fees for refunds in this case.

Digital products

Refunds do not apply to digital products or certificates that have actually been delivered and received after the service has started.

3. Installment Plans — Islamic Model

Our installment plans are based on an Islamic financing model that is entirely free of interest (riba). We are clearly committed to the following principles:

  • There are no interest-based transactions and no interest whatsoever.
  • No increase is ever added to amounts due because of late payment — the total you pay stays fixed as agreed at the time of purchase.
  • Installments are paid in equal monthly payments according to the schedule agreed when you subscribe.
Our core commitment: you will not pay a single dinar more than the amount agreed at the time of purchase.

4. Privacy & Data Processing

At «The Rezon / Basmat Nashmi», we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023. This section explains what data we collect, why, for how long, how we protect it, and what your rights are and how to exercise them.

Data we collect

  • Identification and contact data: name, email address, phone number, and university/employer where available.
  • Data on your registration in courses and cybersecurity certifications, purchase orders, and consultations.
  • Limited technical data generated automatically when you use the website (such as your IP address and session data) for security purposes and to run the service.

Purposes of processing

We process your data for legitimate, specific, and clear purposes, namely:

  • Providing the service: handling course registration, issuing certificates, processing orders and consultations, and contacting you about them.
  • Marketing and sales: sending offers, updates, and training content, presenting our services, and being contacted by our sales team — with the consent you give when you accept the terms and privacy policy. You can stop these marketing messages at any time by sending us a formal request to that effect, and we commit to responding within (6) business days of receiving it; if we do not respond within that period, you are entitled to escalate or take the appropriate legal action.
  • Security and compliance: protecting the website from unlawful use, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of your data, and meeting our legal obligations.

We process your data by lawful means, relying on data that is as correct, accurate, and up to date as possible, and in a way that causes you no harm. We will not use your data for a new purpose different from those stated, nor change the nature, type, or objectives of the processing, without obtaining your consent again.

Profiling

We do not subject your data to any automated profiling aimed at making decisions about you. If we ever carry out processing of this kind in the future, we will inform you in advance, and you have the right to object to it whenever it is not necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected.

What we tell you before processing

Before we start processing your data, we inform you — through this policy and our registration forms — of the following: the data to be processed and when processing starts, the purpose of processing, the processing period (which is not extended without your consent), any external processor that may take part in the processing, the data security and protection controls in place, and whether any profiling takes place.

Legal basis for processing

We rely mainly on the explicit consent you give when registering or filling in forms, in addition to what the relevant Jordanian legislation requires. Consent is specific in purpose and duration and is recorded electronically in clear, simple, and non-misleading language. Any consent given on the basis of incorrect information or misleading practices is not considered valid.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it, to the narrowest extent possible, with trusted service providers who help us deliver our services (such as accredited certification bodies), only as far as the purpose requires and with your consent. We keep a documented record of any transfer or exchange of data, including the purpose of the transfer and your consent to it. We do not transfer your data to any party for marketing purposes without your explicit, separate consent to that specifically.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as needed to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or for the period required by Jordanian legislation. We do not keep it after the purpose of processing has ended unless legislation provides otherwise; we then delete it or make it no longer identify you.

Data security

We apply appropriate security, technical, and organizational measures to keep your data confidential and intact, and to prevent any unauthorized disclosure, modification, addition, destruction, or access. Your data is treated as confidential.

Your rights

Jordanian law guarantees you the following rights, which you can exercise free of charge and without any financial or contractual consequences:

  • To be informed about, view, and access your data and obtain a copy of it.
  • To withdraw your prior consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal).
  • To correct, amend, add to, or update your data.
  • To restrict the processing of your data to a specific scope.
  • To have your data erased or concealed in accordance with the law.
  • To object to processing and profiling if they are not necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected, or exceed what those purposes require.
  • To transfer a copy of your data from one party to another (portability).
  • To be informed of any breach or violation of, or compromise to, the security and integrity of your data.
  • To object to marketing and stop marketing messages at any time by sending us a formal request (we commit to responding within (6) business days).

To exercise any of these rights or to file a complaint about the processing of your data, contact us through the official contact channels listed on the website. We have a mechanism for receiving and responding to complaints, and we will respond to your request within a reasonable time and in a secure manner.

Our customer community: public profiles, certificates, and messages

  • Public profile and the «Our Clients' Certifications» directory: if you earn a certificate through us or publish your experience, you get a public profile that shows only: your name, your photo and bio if you add them, links to the accounts you choose to add, and your passed certificates with their official verification link. You can hide any certificate, or your whole profile, at any time from your account settings.
  • Training data: details of your training progress (your activity, courses, and attempt results) received from our accredited training providers are kept in your file and are visible only to you inside your account and to authorized staff — they are never published publicly.
  • Messages between members: messaging between members is available only with members who are visible in the community, and messages are stored on our servers. The website's administration may review conversations for moderation, to prevent abuse, and to protect members. Any abuse or prohibited content may lead to the account being banned. You can stop receiving messages from your profile settings, and email alerts about new messages are automatically limited to avoid spamming you.
  • Accounts activated by invitation: when your certificates are added to the website, we may send a one-time password to the email we have on file for you, which you are asked to change as soon as you first log in. If you do not want the account, simply ignore the message — nothing is activated without you logging in, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time.

5. Cookie Policy

We use cookies to run the website and improve your experience. On your first visit, a notice lets you accept all cookies or keep only the essential ones.

Types of cookies

  • Essential: required for the website to work, for logging in, and for session security (they cannot be disabled).
  • Functional and analytics: to understand how the website is used and to improve performance and content.
You can change your preferences at any time by deleting cookies in your browser, or refuse non-essential cookies through the consent notice.

6. Compliance & Standards

We are committed to data protection and information security standards, and we design our practices in line with the following frameworks:

  • Jordanian laws: Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2017, Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023, and Electronic Transactions Law No. 15 of 2015.
  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): we adopt its principles of informed consent, data minimization, and data subject rights.
  • Transaction security: connections encrypted over HTTPS, and security controls at the application and server level to protect your data.
Your privacy and the security of your data are a priority for us, and we continually review our practices to keep up with the best local and international standards.

7. Contact & Complaints

For any question or request about these policies or your personal data, or to file a complaint, you can contact us:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Phone / WhatsApp: +962 7 7599 8891
  • Address: Amman, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

8. Data Privacy & Visit Logs

We record limited data when you use the website and its tools, including the QR codes printed on our materials:

  • What we collect: your IP address and the country, city, and internet provider derived from it; your device type, browser, and operating system; and the time of your visit and the referring page.
  • Why we collect it: to measure the effectiveness of our marketing channels and printed materials, to protect the platform from automated and abusive use, and to improve the service.
  • What we don't do: we do not sell this data or share it for advertising purposes, and we do not use it to identify a specific person unless they create an account themselves.
  • Retention period: detailed visit and scan logs are deleted automatically after a set period (one year at most), after which only aggregate figures that cannot identify anyone remain.
  • Your rights: you can ask to view, correct, or delete your data by writing to us, in accordance with Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law No. (24) of 2023.
